Once the final layout and design has been finalized by the architectural firm Clay Hash General Contracting picks up the reins. Our experienced team takes responsibility for production, subcontractor scheduling, coordinating the purchasing and delivery of materials and overseeing the quality workmanship to ensure the best possible finished product. In some cases our clients may request the involvement of the architect during the course of construction to oversee the design execution, conformity to plans, and to assist in the selection of finish materials and components. Throughout the construction process, we use the latest construction management and accounting software to provide up-to-the-minute cost control.
