Regal Townhomes, Inc. is a custom home building company that specializes in multiple family residential construction, primarily twin homes. The owners, Bill Reynolds, Michele Knowlton Garcia and Pete Lewis, combined their talents to form Regal Townhomes, Inc. in order to provide a greater quality product in the residential market.
